On January 23, 2025, Yuhua Annual Meeting was held in New Jiangnan Hotel and ended successfully in a warm and joyful atmosphere. The annual meeting was carefully planned and organized by the company's office, which created an annual event integrating year-end summary, advanced commendation and group construction activities for Yuhua Electric Melt, leaving a deep and beautiful memory for all participants.
The annual meeting officially opened, the passionate opening drum music instantly ignited the enthusiasm of the audience, the perfect cooperation of dance and drum music, to create or passionate striving, or warm and touching diverse atmosphere, as if telling the brilliant story of Yuhua electric Melting along the way, so that the employees were immersed in the entrance, the sense of pride arose spontaneously.
At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Yan Songtao delivered an opening speech. He reviewed the year 2024, during which the company and all employees worked together through thick and thin, forging ahead with determination. With innovation as the driving force, technological progress became the unceasing impetus for the company's leap forward. We took quality as the foundation, striving for excellence, making every product a shining star in the market. We focused on service, providing meticulous care, ensuring that every customer experience deepened their trust in the Yu Hua brand. In 2024, the company achieved positive growth in performance, and all these accomplishments were made possible by the efforts of every Yu Hua employee.
2025 will be the most challenging year for the electric melting industry in the next five years. In 2025, we will designate it as the "Year of Quality", prioritizing quality in all aspects and making all necessary concessions for it. We will adhere to four unwavering principles:
1. Unswervingly hold on until problems are solved, tasks are completed, and goals are achieved.
2. Unswervingly follow the path of learning, thinking, and acting, with all employees keeping up; bravely innovate and work hard, giving it our all; and look towards the future with a hundredfold of confidence.
3. Unswervingly maintain the passion to act, the state of being in action, and the pursuit of success.
4. Unswervingly form consensus, solve problems, and realize our vision through hard work.
Finally, the chairman extended his most sincere gratitude and best wishes to every Yu Hua employee and their families.
The interspersed awarding ceremony was even more thrilling, recognizing outstanding teams and individuals from the past year. The certificates of honor and generous prizes were the best affirmation of their hard work. Thunderous applause broke out from the audience, paying the highest tribute to these role models.
After the award ceremony, a luncheon was enjoyed in the hotel's banquet hall. The hall was ablaze with lights, and exquisite dishes of various kinds were successively placed on the tables. This allowed the employees to not only enjoy a feast for the eyes and ears and a joyful team-building experience but also satisfy their taste buds, injecting continuous vitality into the entire day's activities.
