Fused zirconia corundum brick is a kind of high-performance ceramic material, with wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant and other excellent characteristics.

Fused zirconia corundum brick is a kind of high-performance ceramic material, with wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant and other excellent characteristics, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other fields. The following introduces the production process of electrofused zirconium corundum brick:

1. Preparation of raw materials: the main raw materials for the production of electrofused zirconium corundum bricks include zirconium oxide, alumina, magnesium oxide, etc. These raw materials need to be crushed, mixed and so on. These raw materials need to be crushed, mixed and other processes to ensure that the granularity and composition of raw materials is uniform.

2. Dosing and mixing: the treated raw materials are mixed according to a certain formula ratio. In the process of mixing, it is necessary to keep mixing evenly to ensure that all kinds of raw materials can be fully mixed to improve the uniformity and stability of the brick blank.

3. Forming: The mixed raw materials will be moulded through the pressing machine, and the brick blanks will be made according to the required specifications and sizes. When moulding, it is necessary to control the moulding pressure and speed to ensure the density and shape of the bricks.

4. Pre-drying treatment: After the moulding is completed, the bricks need to be pre-drying treatment, mainly to remove the moisture inside the bricks, to reduce cracks and deformation during the drying process.

5. Electromelting sintering: the pre-drying treatment of the brick will be put into the electric melting furnace for sintering. Electromelting furnace adopts high temperature electrofusion technology, through the electric current heating to make the brick blanks reach a high temperature state, so that the oxides in the raw materials undergo a chemical reaction to form a dense crystalline structure.

6. Cooling treatment: After sintering, the zirconia corundum bricks need to be cooled down to make them cool down evenly and reach a stable structure.

7. Inspection and packaging: After cooling treatment, the electrofused zirconia corundum bricks need to undergo quality inspection, including appearance inspection, size inspection, performance test, etc., to ensure that the products meet the requirements. Finally, it is packed for easy transport and storage.

Through the above production process, high quality electrofused zirconium corundum bricks can be produced to meet the needs of different areas of use.
