β Alumina Brick

Product Introduction

Fused beta alumina bricks are dense structures formed by beta alumina crystals and a small amount of alpha alumina crystals. Using high purity calcined alumina (more than 95%) and a small amount of additives, the ingredients are put into a three-phase electric arc furnace and processed by high temperature melting, casting, and heat preservation and annealing above 2300°C.

Product Details

Production method:

Fused beta alumina brick is a dense structure formed by beta alumina crystals and a small amount of alpha alumina crystals. Because of its alkali saturation with good resistance to alkaline vapor erosion and thermal vibration stability and does not contain the glass phase, no pollution of molten glass. Therefore, fused beta alumina brick is the ideal material for melting high-quality glass kiln swan roof, small furnace swan and runner cover brick and other parts.
