Product Introduction
Product Details
Product Overview:
High-alumina castable is based on traditional formulations, adjusting the particle gradation, adding different additives, reducing cement usage, improving performance, increasing medium temperature strength and load softening temperature, lowering thermal conductivity, and having good thermal stability. It features resistance to penetration, erosion, impact, wear, good mechanical properties, strong structural integrity of the furnace body, better airtightness than brick kilns, extended furnace life, reduced repair costs, and significant economic benefits.
Product Details:
High-alumina castable is supplied in bulk dry powder form, generally packaged in small bags of 25kg and 50kg, with options for ton bag packaging. Construction requires adding clean water in the specified ratio, and after mixing, it can be applied using vibration or tamping. The product has a small aggregate particle size, suitable for complex boiler and dense piping construction. It is easy to store, transport, and use.
Taking GL-80 as an example, in the product brand number of high-alumina castable, G represents high-alumina cement, L represents high-alumina bauxite, and 80 represents the percentage content of Al2O3.
