Product Overview:
Mullite castable is made from high-quality porous mullite aggregate, mixed with fine powder and additives. The material ratio can be adjusted according to the actual usage conditions of the boiler for customized production. The critical particle size of the mullite aggregate is 12mm, and the long-term usage temperature is 1350℃.
Product Details:
Mullite refractory castable has a high usage temperature and can be directly in contact with flames as a working lining, achieving high-temperature energy savings; the unit weight is light, reducing structural weight by 40-60%, eliminating the risk of brick breakage in the furnace roof; the porous mullite aggregate has a low thermal conductivity and good insulation performance; it can quickly dry the furnace, shortening the drying period and significantly improving economic benefits.
