Chromium-zirconium mullite (three-resistant brick) is specially aimed at refractory bricks for petrochemical industry of industrial kilns and tongue arches and lattices of glass kilns. The complex tongue arches and their harsh use conditions must require refractory bricks to resist the high temperature erosion of alkali, sulfur, fluorine, alum and other substances, and to withstand the thermal stress caused by temperature fluctuation when the regenerator changes fire. The main crystal phase of chromium-zirconium mullite brick is mullite and high-temperature slag-resistant polycrystalline phase, which is made by high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing. The product has excellent high-temperature performance such as high-temperature thermal shock resistance, cracking resistance and slag erosion resistance, and can completely solve the problem of brick used in tongue arching and coal powder and coal tar combustion kiln regenerator.
Chromium zirconium mullite is formed by high pressure mechanism, so its volume is limited, and the brick type with large size is limited. This is also a common bottleneck for mechanism-formed zirconium materials.
