AZS-41# is the most excellent performance product in the fusion casting AZS series products, with very high resistance to glass liquid erosion and very high glass phase exudation temperature, and very low contamination of glass liquid. AZS-41# is widely used in the hot spots of glass kilns, such as pool walls, feeding corners, liquid-flow holes (discharge ports), kiln cans, pool bottom bubbles, and all-electric kiln electrode holes, such as side wall bricks and transition layer bricks, etc., which have particularly high requirements for erosive and scouring properties.

Production method:

Low-silicon, low-sodium fused cast AZS series products are characterized by low glass phase content, good high-temperature stability, high glass phase exudate temperature, and excellent resistance to glass liquid erosion, which can significantly reduce the pollution of refractory materials to glass liquid. Its lower exudate and higher compressive strength and excellent resistance to alkali corrosion characteristics applied to the top of the glass kiln AZS big swan, pool wall corners and other parts. It is a better fused zirconium corundum product for the kiln to realize overall heat preservation, energy saving and long life. At present, it is widely used in the field of oxy-fuel glass kiln.

Casting method:

The casting methods of electrofused zirconia corundum bricks are normal casting, tilted casting, shrinkage-free casting and .

PT—Ordinary Casting

The usual casting method, the shrinkage hole of the product is located in the lower part of the casting mouth, mostly used in the upper part of the melting pool flame space parts, such as not in contact with the glass solution or erosion is not serious parts.

 

QX—Inclined Casting

A tilted casting method is used to create a slant in the mold, and the riser is placed at the other end for casting. The shrinkage hole of the product is placed at the lower end, which is suitable for the products with the length >60mm, mainly used for pool wall bricks.

 

WS—Non Shrinkage Casting

The non-shrinkage products with the shrinkage part of the casting bricks removed, mainly used in liquid holes, kiln cans, corners of the pool wall, pavement and other seriously eroded parts.

 

ZWS—Quasi Non Shrinkage Casting

Similar to non-shrinkage casting, basically removed the shrinkage part of the cast brick, mainly used for pool wall bricks.
