Production method:
Magnesia brick refractory brick, mainly fused magnesia or sintered magnesia as the main raw material, according to the use of the environment and use to add binding agents, adhesives, in accordance with the proportion of mixing, molding, drying, into the kiln firing or electric melting.
Product Features:
1. Good fire resistance: magnesium brick in high temperature environment can maintain high structural strength and stability, can effectively protect the internal structure of the glass furnace.
2. Strong anti-erosion ability: Magnesia brick has good anti-chemical erosion performance, can resist the chemical composition in the glass liquid erosion, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the glass furnace.
3. High content of magnesium oxide: the content of magnesium oxide (MgO) in the grid of the glass kiln heat storage chamber is more than 97%. Its magnesium oxide content is about 95% ~ 96%.
Product use: glass kiln with magnesium brick is mainly used in glass furnace regenerator, used to protect the internal structure of the glass furnace heat storage pool, to prevent high temperature and chemical erosion on the internal damage of the heat storage pool.
