The furnace material channel of glass kiln is generally divided into feeding channel (working pool), main material channel and branch material channel (also called sub-distribution channel). The main function is to adjust the homogenization effect of glass liquid, reduce stones, stripes and stress, and accurately control the temperature of glass liquid and the output of feeder. The material channel is an important part of the glass furnace assembly, which plays a vital role in improving the quality of products and reducing product defects. Although the temperature of the glass liquid in the material channel is not as high as that of the melting pool, the requirements for anti-erosion, low calculus and anti-spalling of the material are very strict. Therefore, fused-cast zirconium corundum material is an ideal material for the material channel of the glass furnace.
