Casting method for AZS bricks

Cast AZS bricks are manufactured by melting raw materials and forming them in molds. After further casting and cooling processes, cast AZS bricks are finally produced.
Cast AZS bricks are the most widely used materials in glass industrial furnaces. They can be divided into AZS 33, AZS 36, and AZS 41 based on their different ZrO2 content, which essentially defines their corrosion resistance and applications.
According to the casting method, they can be divided into ordinary casting: PT (China)/RC/NC, inclined casting: QX (China)/OC/TC, quasi-porosity-free casting: ZWS (China)/ENC/EC/RC, and no shrinkage casting: WS (China)/VF/FC.
