How to effectively minimize erosion at brick joints of electrofused bricks

Fused cast brick joints are gas-liquid-solid three-phase junction, and therefore subject to serious erosion. Vertical brick joints although there is no upward erosion problem, but the erosion is still more serious than the seamless place, so we must try to use large fused bricks, in order to reduce the brick joints. However, the size of Fused cast brick bricks cannot be very large.
So reduce the brick seam is currently widely used method. In order to reduce Fused cast brick brick joints the bricks must be carefully ground. Between the faces must be 90o. current use of diamond cutting and grinding technology, for the so-called "iron brick" Fused cast brick has been able to carry out precision cutting and grinding. As a result of the use of large-scale cutting and grinding machines, brick verticality and level of error on all sides can be controlled below 0.05 per cent, the brick seam can be as small as 0.1 mm. This significantly reduces erosion at the brick joints.
