The specific production process of fused cast zirconium corundum bricks is as follows:
1、Preparation of Fused cast zirconium corundum raw materials
The high purity production of fused cast zirconium corundum raw materials with excellent performance are weighed and mixed together, so as to make the raw materials' performance fully utilised.
2、Melting fused cast zirconium corundum
Add the matching fused cast zirconium corundum raw materials into the automatically controlled electric arc furnace and melt them under the best conditions. With a single-phase or three-phase arc furnace melting with the material melt temperature should be moderate, the temperature is low can not make a highly uniform melt, easy to make the castings form porous body, so that the casting products produce porosity and cracks, shrinkage is also correspondingly increased, so that the products form a large shrinkage holes. The key to the melting process is to maintain a stable melting temperature system, to produce a uniform chemical composition, less carbon content and has a certain temperature and good casting performance of the melt.
3、Pouring the molten material into a specially designed product mould.

4、Annealing

Usually filled with diatomaceous earth and other thermal insulation materials in the holding box with mould annealing, or with adjustable temperature resistance furnace or tunnel kiln according to a certain temperature regime with mould or demoulding annealing. The initial temperature of annealing and heat preservation has a very obvious effect on the annealing effect.
5、Surface processing

6、Inspection
Each manufactured fused cast zirconium corundum brick is strictly inspected for appearance according to the contract standard.
7、Physical and chemical analyses
Physical and chemical analyses are carried out on the fused cast bricks to control the items required by the contract.
8、Pre-assembly
Pre-arrangement of fused cast zirconium corundum bricks used in key parts according to drawings.
9、Packaging
The fused corundum bricks are used together with the fused zirconium corundum materials, which can make the life of the flat glass kiln up to 5~7 years.
