Kiins are named after the horseshoe shaped rotation of flames inside the melting furnace and are widely used in large and medium-sized glass factories, The design of the end fire glass kiin is scientific, energy·saving, economical, efficient, with the advantages of small footprint and short construction period. The horseshoe fiame combustion process automatically changes direction and alternates every 30 minutes (controlled by PLc). The deslgn of the kiin includes techniques such as deep melt pool, high flame space, large aspect ratio, high storage ratio, and the additian of a pre combustion chamber, which ensure strong flame stoblity and even spreading, effectively improving the quality and efficiency of glass melting!
