Properties of AZS-33# products
AZS-33# product is particularly superior in preventing contamination of the glass liquid, and its tendency to cause stones, bubbles and precipitation of basic glass phases in the glass is very small.
What is quasi-no-shrinkage casting?
Similar to WS casting, it basically removes the shrinkage portion of the cast brick and is mainly used for pool wall bricks.
What is WS casting?
Cut out the casting brick shrinkage part of the non-shrinkage products, mainly used for liquid flow holes, kilns, corners of the pool wall, pavement and other parts which have the severly erosion.
What is tilt casting?
Tilted casting method is adopted, in which the mould is made to have an inclination and the riser is placed at the other end for casting. The shrinkage hole of the product is placed at the lower end, suitable for products with a length of >60mm, mainly used for pool wall bricks.
